About the Retreat:
Casey Brown of The MOUVment & Maria Bliss of Yogabliss are thrilled to offer this dynamic wellness retreat together this summer!
Join us for this special retreat dedicated to self-care and designed to offer you delightfully-freeing movement, as well as time for replenishing in quiet reflection. We will spend time hiking in nature, moving our bodies, replenishing our spirits and inviting our busy minds to rest. Casey & Maria are bringing together their shared love of the outdoors, the healing forces of physical movement and the blessing of community in this uniquely curated retreat. We will spend 3 days & 2 nights at the beautiful Sleeping Lady Resort & Retreat Center. This peaceful sanctuary rests at the base of the Cascade Mountains, next to the Icicle River in historic Leavenworth, Wa. Mindfulness will be at the foundation of our experience as we explore and learn and grow. This is a retreat you will not want to miss!

Destination/Accommodations:
Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort is elegant in it's natural simplicity. Their restaurant showcases fresh, flavorful meal options that reflect and celebrate the bounty of the local gardens. We will stay in the Loft Rooms, offering us each our own rustic sanctuary amidst the awe-inspiring beauty of the surrounding Cascade Mountains. Registration: pricing includes all led experiences: hiking, movement classes, mindfulness meditation, all group activities, 2 nights lodging and all (delicious) meals.

Double/Shared Room: $1,350/per person

Price is per person **If choosing a Double/Shared Room, please indicate who your roommate is in the registration form.
50% refund available up until July 2, 2023. After that date, there are no refunds available as Sleeping Lady has charged us in full for the retreat.
