Power Vinyasa | Power Hour +5
This energizing practice offers you a mix of sweat and spirit… we flow with opportunities to challenge your strength and your ability to surrender.   Expect any combination of Sun Salutations, standing poses, arm balances, inversions, and deep stretching.  Each class is a uniquely sequenced practice that is vigorous, but allows space for you to feel, breathe and be in your body.  Be prepared to discover your very best self and sweat! Heated. We offer this class in 65, 75 & 90 min. formats. Heated.

Basic Vinyasa
Basic Vinyasa is a deliberately sequenced class, where we teach (really teach) the poses, the breath and the transitions.  Our pace and intention allow time to learn and explore, while providing the platform for a safe, effective flowing practice. This non-heated class is appropriate for all: those newer to yoga looking for more direction, the seasoned practitioner seeking a practice with time for more focus & depth, and athletes pursuing increased flexibility, balance and mental focus.  Basic Vinyasa helps build strength, improves balance, and offers deep stretching culminating in a quiet, peaceful savasana. Non-heated.

Basic Vinyasa + Yin
This class begins with a Basic Vinyasa practice using intelligently sequenced poses and traditional breath exercises, to provide the platform for a strong, safe, flowing practice. The pace is deliberate with clear instructions, allowing time for understanding alignment and exploring breath.  The second half of class is a Yin practice, which incorporates deeper stretching, more time in the poses and stillness of body & mind.  Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of hips, pelvis and lower spine  - A great compliment to our active dynamic lifestyles. This non-heated class is appropriate for all: those newer to yoga looking for more direction, the seasoned practitioner seeking time for more focus & depth, and athletes pursuing increased flexibility, balance and mental focus.  Non-heated 75-80°.

Hot Fusion

This unique practice is one of our signature classes. Hot Fusion is a full-body practice that balances strength & power, with focus & calm. We combine Hatha yoga and the steady stillness between poses, with the energizing flow of Vinyasa, where the breath guides movement between poses. This practice incorporates standing poses, back strengthening, core work, and deep stretching, offering an embodied experience that helps you feel more powerful and grounded. (Downward Dog & Plank may be included.) Plenty of alignment instruction is offered for beginners with appropriate challenges given for more experienced practitioners. Come get your sweat on! Heated to 100° - 105°..

Hot Fusion Flow

This class is taught with the same intention and format as Hot Fusion, while incorporating even more flowing transitions and linking of poses.  This practice incorporates plank holds and numerous "downward dogs".  Our Sunday afternoon classes are by candle light!

YogaSculpt is a fun, invigorating, body strengthening class that blends yoga with resistance training.  We use light hand weights, bands, balls, body weight and gravity to add a little spice to your practice!   As YogaSculpt tones your body, it also boosts metabolism, builds lean muscle tissue, and strengthens your bones.  We focus on strengthening arms, legs, glutes and core….what could be better? This Non-heated class is a wonderful complement to your regular yoga practice. Non-heated.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga uses long, passive holds to release tension in the deep, dense connective tissues of the body. This is a quiet, calm practice that settles you into supported poses for 3-10 minutes, bringing attention and focus inward. Yin yoga increases flexibility, especially in the spine and hips and helps restores / rehabilitate joints and muscles. This practice emphasizes stillness and quiet, as it prepares both the body and the mind for deeper experiences in meditation. Non-heated

Yin + Nidra
Inspired by stillness & quiet, this class compliments all yoga practices and active lifestyles. Yin Yoga increases flexibility, bypassing the muscular tissue and working deep into dense connective tissues–tendons, ligaments and cartilage–that are often neglected in our dynamic lives. Long-held passive poses (3-5 min) bring you inward promoting a more contemplative and non-reactive quality of mind, as well as deep release of internal tension. Yin provides an opportunity to explore both physical and mental stillness. We close this practice with the restorative experience of yoga nidra, to induce full-body relaxation and deep meditative states of consciousness. This ancient practice offers Gentle instruction during an extended savasana, to guide the mind into the quiet space between wakefulness and sleep. Non-heated.

Yoga for Healing
Yoga for Healing will guide you on a journey of self-healing through the process of very gentle movement, breath work, relaxation and deep self-inquiry. You’ll learn yoga techniques for healthy movement, pain reduction, stress relief, immune support, and more.  Each student is given personal attention with consideration and adaptations of the exercises according to individual needs. We use all kinds of props to make the experience accessible. You will come away from the class feeling stronger, more vibrant, hopeful, focused and relaxed. Non-heated.

Moving into Meditation
Using the body and breath as anchors for our attention, we open ourselves to an inner stillness that comes through meditative practice.  Our practice is one of mindfulness, including time in quiet stillness and time in somatic movement.  Our work is to increase self-awareness by being open to each unfolding moment, without judgment or desire.  Practice often includes a body scan, simple yoga movements, and focused breathing exercises to prepare the body for meditation.  When practiced regularly, meditation can help us become calmer, clearer and more open in our daily lives. No prior experience of yoga or meditation is necessary and we welcome those with an established practice, as well.  Non-heated.

‘Non-heated’ = heat will not be turned on.  Residual heat may be present from prior class - fans and fresh-air exhaust might be employed.

‘Heated’ = heat is turned on to culminate at or below 90•

‘Hot’ = heat is turned on and the room is heated to 100-105• (e.g. Hot Fusion)

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa means "arranged in a special way”.  In Vinyasa Yoga, poses are linked together and movement is  inspired by the rhythm of our breath.  Although postures are linked together with thoughtful and creative sequencing, there are times of holding and stillness to savor the posture and feel from the inside out. This revitalizing practice connects you to the wisdom, strength and grace of your own body.  We generally begin with Sun Salutations to warm the body, we proceed with breath awareness to guide us toward our peak posture or intended focus.  This practice will bring balance into your body, your mind and into your day. Non-heated.

Vinyasa + Nidra
This practice (vinyasa described above) ends with the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, or guided relaxation.  Our Vinyasa + Nidra class is a beautifully balanced combination of movement and stillness. Nidra, sometimes referred to as yogic sleep, refreshes the nervous system and re-energizes the spirit. Non-heated.

Gentle Yoga
In our Gentle Yoga practice, we take time slow down, to feel the breath both in movement and in stillness. Gentle Yoga is intentional and intelligently sequenced. There is no need to hurry here, as this practice is about noticing and accepting all sensations. When our bodies are synchronized with the breath, the body surrenders and the mind relaxes.  The experience is meditative, and periodic pauses are encouraged to explore experiencing the moment in a more relaxed way. Non-heated.

Therapeutic Vinyasa
This class takes a mindful look at the essentials behind getting the most out of your Vinyasa practice. Each practice with Tiffany is unique, providing an opportunity to look at different components of the practice. Her classes are designed to deepen your understanding of the body while allowing time to explore the concepts within the context of movement. This is a movement based practice, it is recommended that you are familiar with Vinyasa yoga, but there is no need to be an expert. The only requirements are an open mind, a desire to move more efficiently and feel better in your body & your life. Tiffany Cruikshank teaches internationally at conferences & trainings and this class is only offered on the days she is in town, please check the schedule for details. Non-heated.

Restorative Yoga + Nidra
This class is a compassionate compliment to our often fast-paced lives. Restorative yoga is an invitation to slow down, relax, and fully experience the calm, healing effects of complete mental and physical release. Props, bolsters and blankets allow the body to feel comfortable and supported during long-held, restful postures. There is no effort, there is no discomfort, there is no challenge other than to completely relax. This 90-minute class culminates with the deep relaxation of yoga nidra, the 'psychic sleep' state between sleeping and waking wheree the body is completely at rest and awareness is turned inward during guided meditation. This practice is known as pratyahara, or 'withdrawal of the senses.' Comfortable, non-binding clothing is helpful.
Non-heated 70-80 degrees.
