I started my yoga journey in Tel Aviv, my home town in 2003, inspired by my 5 years of Korean martial arts practice. I was immediately drawn to the magical experience, the depth and spirituality of yoga. I practiced Ashtanga, Iyengar and Sivananda yoga. I completed my level 1 Ashtanga training in 2010, while pregnant with my second child.
I teach Ashtana, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga and started in 2011. I curently teach regular classes at Bala Yoga Kirkland, Sattva Yoga in Redmond, and Yogabliss on Mercer Island.
