Getting Started 
What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, water and a hand towel. Yogabliss supplies straps and blankets for your practice. An open mind
and an open heart will greatly enhance your experience!
What to expect:
The Introductory Series meets twice a week for 4 weeks. This class is a wonderful introduction to the foundational aspects of Power Vinyasa Yoga. We offer time for questions, demonstrations and discussion as you learn the yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breath), and yoga philosophy. The Introductory series can be taken as many times as you’d like.
