Class Descriptions

Power Vinyasa 2.0
This class is for students who are comfortable in Level 1.5 classes and are ready for a more challenging practice.  Poses will flow at an intermediate level in a heated room.  Strength, stamina and flexibility are required as more advanced postures and sequences are introduced.  Inversions, arm balances and backbends are introduced/practiced at this level with strong Ujjayi breath linking mind and body.
 

Power Hour / All Levels
One hour of dynamic power vinyasa yoga...sun salutations, heart and hip openers, balancing and deep core conditioning! An energizing and flowing practice. Join us!
