Rachel Lowe
Rachel Dawn Lowe (Rai) began practicing yoga while teaching fitness classes. Through yoga, Rachel discovered that taking what we learn during our sadhana (practice) into other aspects of our lives gives us a metaphor to allow letting balance unfold in our lives. 

As a graduate of Samadhi Yoga Teacher Training under the direction of Kathleen Hunt, Rachel draws from a Vinyasa style of yoga, which incorporates free form movement with breath while integrating yoga philosophy. Her teaching is further inspired by Shiva Rea, Seane Corn, Aadil Palkhivala and Anusara yoga.  She incorporates the movement of Tai Chi, mind/body of Deepak Chopra, and presence of Eckhart Tolle. A trip to the Himalayan Mountains in Northern India and the Tibetan culture in exile inspires Rachel to honor and integrate the soul of yoga present in all cultures and traditions.

Rachel lives on Mercer Island with her husband and teaches all levels of students. She also teaches the Youth classes at Yogabliss.  She encourages all students to tune in and listen to their bodies and utilize modification options in class as needed.  Rachel is available for private and semi-private classes.
